Fully automatic gas extraction device

Fully automatic gas extraction unit compliant with international standards IEC 60567 and ASTM D-361 for dissolved gas analysis (DGA) of transformer oil.

Fully automatic gas extraction device based on multi-cycle mercury-free vacuum extraction method. It is connected to the Agilent GC system via a pump and tubes that comply with international standards IEC 60567 and ASTM D-361. The mercury-free toppler principle allows for extraction under high vacuum, enabling the extraction of more gas. Gas transfer from the pump to the GC is performed with a very small dead volume, which can be measured and used for correction. If the gas content is too low to be injected into the GC, it is automatically diluted with air or argon.
